A boutique hotel located in the quiet part of Bodrum, surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery. It is located in Bitez, 7 km from the center of Bodrum and about 42 km from the airport. The hotel opened in 1990 and was last renovated in 2016. (all bathrooms have been renovated). It covers an area of 6,000 m² and has a total of 90 rooms arranged in one 3-story building (no elevator). Facilities available to guests include a main restaurant, 2 bars, a main pool and a children’s pool, and a fitness center. There is also a children’s playground. The beach is 100 meters away and is 50 meters long. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available at no extra charge; they are limited in number and subject to hotel occupancy. All rooms have an LCD TV with satellite channels, split air conditioning, a telephone, a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony or French balcony. The standard room is 20 m² and may have a balcony or French balcony. The family room is 35 m². For an additional charge: telephone. The hotel operates on an All-Inclusive basis – self-service, with a choice of multiple dishes in the main restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner).
The concept includes meals in the main restaurant and snacks, as well as local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. In addition to the main restaurant, which has both outdoor and indoor areas, the hotel also has two bars (Pool Snack Bar and Snack Bar). For an additional charge: imported and premium beverages, Turkish coffee, appetizers, ice cream, cocktails, doctor, hairdresser, laundry service, market, safe, and anything not included in the hotel’s concept. The hotel has an adults-only pool, a children’s pool, and billiards (for an additional charge). sauna (for an additional charge), darts, tennis, basketball, volleyball, mini-soccer, and ping pong.
